| dc.description | For the development of this research, definitions related to ecology and hostelling were analyzed. In order to structure the methodology, the project of Vera (2012) and Cisneros (2005) were studied. A situational diagnosis of the Guabal community was elaborated, and the application of the SWOT analysis was carried out. The local demand for the Eco-lodge, was analyzed and also the foreign potential tourists. Apart from this, the competence was identified and studied, which finally ended up being the Organic Farm Sarita. At the same time, a technical study and the localization of the project was conducted. For the engineering of the Eco-lodge, the infrastructure that comprises all the operational areas for its optimal functionality was determined. General and administrative organization of the company was incorporated with the design of functional administrative organizational chart. Moreover, the environmental and economic feasibility of the eco-lodge was determined; for the environmental viability the matrix of Leopold was used to detecting the negative impacts of the project designed and to define the environmental management plan through a program design. For economic viability, a loan for the financing of the eco-lodge was proposed, and the budget of income and expenses were calculated, while the financial and economic evaluation was carried out. | dc.description.abstract | Para llevar a cabo la investigación, se analizaron los conceptos básicos acerca de la ecología y hostería, para definir que es una Hostería Ecológica. Para estructurar la metodología se tomó como referencia el proyecto de Vera (2012) y Cisneros (2005). Se realizó el diagnóstico situacional, describiendo a la comunidad de Guabal, además se elaboró el análisis FODA. Se analizó la demanda local y la demanda potencial de turistas extranjeros para la Hostería Ecológica, luego se estructuró la oferta hotelera del cantón Bolívar, además del análisis de la competencia, resultando como competencia directa a la Finca Organiza Sarita. Al mismo tiempo se realizó el estudio técnico, y localización del proyecto. Para la ingeniería de la Hostería se determinó la infraestructura, en donde se consideró cada una de las áreas de operación para la Hostería Ecológica. Se constituyó la organización general y administrativa de la empresa con el diseño del organigrama administrativo funcional. Por último se realizó la factibilidad ambiental y económica de la Hostería; para la viabilidad ambiental se utilizó la matriz de Leopold, para determinar los impactos negativos del diseño del proyecto y definir el plan de manejo ambiental a través del diseño de programas. Para la viabilidad económica se planteó el crédito para el financiamiento de la Hostería, así como el presupuesto de ingresos y gastos, al mismo tiempo la evaluación económica financiera, finalmente se determinó el valor actual neto (VAN) y la tasa interna de retorno (TIR). | es_ES |
