| dc.description | This research was carried out in order to evaluate the ergonomic risks in the work activities of the workers of the company “APRONAM S.A.” from the Chone canton. To this end, the methodology was developed in three phases: in the first instance, the current work situation of the company was diagnosed to identify possible ergonomic risks of its workers, in which an interview was applied to the general manager, and an observation sheet was applied. in the work field, then the information obtained was tabulated and analyzed, in addition the existing risks for each work area were estimated, for the evaluation of repetitive movement, the Ocra Checklist and Jos Strain Index methods were applied, the force factor was determined Through the EN1005-3 standard, the Rapid Postural Assessment method was applied and the risk was ranked using the risk level matrix. The company has a solid foundation in terms of occupational health and safety and regulatory compliance. However, the risks found are determined to be intolerable in 40%, the factors that require greater attention are the manipulation of heavy load and the forced posture of the trunk (lumbar area) when bending or lifting objects, it is proposed to carry out periodic and continuous evaluations that provide an information base for proper decision-making regarding necessary improvements. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación se realizó con el fin de evaluar los riesgos ergonómicos en las actividades laborales de los trabajadores de la empresa “APRONAM S.A.” del cantón Chone. Para ello, se desarrolló la metodología en tres fases: en primera instancia se diagnosticó la situación laboral actual de la empresa para la identificación de posibles riesgos ergonómicos de sus trabajadores, en el cual se aplicó una entrevista al gerente general, y una ficha de observación en el campo laboral, seguidamente la información obtenida fue tabulada y analizada, además se estimaron los riesgos existentes por cada área laboral, para la evaluación del movimiento repetitivo, se aplicaron los métodos de Ocra Checklist y Jos Strain Index, el factor de fuerza se determinó por medio de la norma EN1005-3, se aplicó el método de Evaluación Postural Rápida y se jerarquizó el riesgo utilizando la matriz de nivel de riesgos. La empresa tiene una base sólida en términos de salud y seguridad ocupacional y cumplimiento normativo. Sin embargo, los riesgos encontrados se determinan como intolerables en un 40%, los factores que requieren mayor atención son la manipulación de carga pesada y la postura forzada del tronco (zona lumbar) al agacharse o levantar objetos, se propone realizar evaluaciones periódicas y continuas que proporcionen una base de información para la debida toma de decisiones en cuanto a las mejoras necesarias. | es_ES |
