| dc.description | The present work focused on improving the accessibility of Information Technology (IT) resources in the Junín GADM, through the implementation of a directory service, because it is important for the institution that the workforce can access the different technological resources from any area within the establishment. For the implementation of Zentyal 5.0 (directory service) the cascade methodology was used, the same one that through the stage of communication allowed to analyze the existing structures and components as well as determining the requirements of the entity, then in the planning and modeling the best solution was chosen according to the needs presented, later in the construction the operational test of the server was realized in a controlled environment, finally in the deployment proceed with the implementation of the service in the institution. The result obtained is the application of a technological tool that contributes to the organization and security of the documents that are handled within the aforementioned GADM. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se enfocó en mejorar la accesibilidad de los recursos de Tecnologías de Información (TI) en el GADM del cantón Junín, mediante la implementación de un servicio de directorio, debido a que es importante para la institución que el personal laboral pueda acceder a los diferentes recursos tecnológicos desde cualquier área dentro del establecimiento. Para la implantación de Zentyal 5.0 (servicio de directorio) se utilizó la metodología cascada, la misma que a través de la etapa de comunicación permitió analizar las estructuras y componentes existentes, así como determinar los requerimientos de la entidad, a continuación, en la planeación y modelado se escogió la mejor solución acorde a las necesidades presentadas, posteriormente en la construcción se realizó el test operacional del servidor en un ambiente controlado, para finalmente en el despliegue proceder con la implementación del servicio en la institución. El resultado obtenido es la aplicación de una herramienta tecnológica que contribuye a la organización y seguridad de los documentos que se manejan dentro del GADM antes mencionado. | es_ES |
