| dc.description | The work describes the strategic plan carried out at the Luisan Agroindustrial Plant of the Tarugo commune of Chone canton, which aims to improve administrative competitiveness. This business was born from the idea and need of Mr. Luis Chica, who is currently the owner and who manages it; for the evaluation of the same one, it was based on the elaboration of the situational diagnosis, strategic direction, and to know the weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats, a study of the SWOT matrix was carried out, which in turn allowed to know the internal factors and external of the organization with the use of the EFE and EFI matrices, and also obtaining strategies through the DAFO matrix. With the help of the 5w + 1h matrix, it was possible to set the deadlines in which each of the strategies would be carried out and the budget used at each stage of the strategies; it is important to note that the Deming Circle was implemented in order to follow up on the proposal. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo realizado describe el plan estratégico realizado a la Planta Agroindustrial Luisan de la comuna Tarugo del cantón Chone, el cual tiene como objetivo la mejora de la competitividad administrativa. Este negocio nació de la idea y la necesidad del Sr. Luis Chica, quien actualmente es el propietario y quien lo administra; para la evaluación de la misma se partió de la elaboración del diagnóstico situacional, direccionamiento estratégico, y para conocer las debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas, se procedió a realizar un estudio de la matriz FODA, que a su vez permitió conocer los factores internos y externos de la organización con el empleo de las matrices EFE y EFI, y así mismo la obtención de estrategias a través de la matriz DAFO. Con la ayuda de la matriz 5w+1h se logró fijar los plazos en los que se llevarían a cabo cada una de las estrategias y el presupuesto usado en cada etapa de las mismas; es importante destacar que se implementó el Circulo Deming con la finalidad de dar seguimiento a lo propuesto. | es_ES |
