| dc.description | Currently there are several audiovisual companies in Ecuador with difficulties in their growth, based on this problem arises research of evaluate the performance of the variables of organizational behavior of enterprise Majesty TV in Santo Domingo the Tsachilas province, the methodology used research was the qualitative-quantitative where main methods were used as the experts those who valued variables and classics as the inductive emphasizing the direction that was considered in the study, the deductive helped to discover the shortcomings that were affecting the behaviour and the descriptive, it is used to measure and also specify the results of the different variables, techniques such as observation, interview, survey, characterization of variables, Delphi, kendall among others, for the analysis of reliability of work were established three tools the (RIR) relative interquartile range, the Alpha of Cronbach and the level of consensus, according to the result your procedure, it began with the search for the variables, then laid down and approved by experts on issues of organizational behavior for their respective implementation, used in surveys targeting partners where identified that there are weaknesses within the company generated by both individual and group behavior, these errors must be corrected by the owner and because of this the research team proposes a program of improvements with its respective prioritization so you impel both the performance of the workers such as the development of the entity. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad existen diversas empresas audiovisuales en Ecuador con dificultades en su crecimiento, con base a esta problemática surge la investigación de evaluar el desempeño de las variables del comportamiento organizacional de la empresa Majestad TV en la provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, la metodología de investigación utilizada fue la cuali-cuantitativa en donde se emplearon métodos principales como es el de expertos quienes valoraron las variables y clásicos como es el inductivo enfatizando la dirección que se consideró en el estudio, el deductivo ayudó a descubrir las falencias que estaban afectando el comportamiento y el descriptivo se utilizó para medir y especificar los resultados de las diversas variables, también técnicas como la observación, entrevista, encuesta, caracterización de variables, Delphi, kendall entre otras, para el análisis de confiabilidad del trabajo se establecieron tres herramientas el (RIR) Rango Intercuartílico Relativo, el Alpha de Cronbach y el nivel de concenso, de acuerdo al resultado su procedimiento inició con la búsqueda de las variables, luego establecidas y aprobadas por expertos en temas de comportamiento organizacional para su respectiva ejecución, utilizadas en las encuestas dirigidas a los colaboradores donde se identificó que dentro de la empresa existen debilidades generadas por el comportamiento tanto individual como grupal, estos errores deben ser corregidos por el propietario y debido a esto el equipo investigador propone un programa de mejoras con su respectiva priorización para que potencialice tanto el desempeño de los trabajadores como el desarrollo de la entidad. | es_ES |
