| dc.description | The objective of the research was to determine the feasibility of a microenterprise processing fermented mandarin drink (citrus reticulata) in Bolívar canton. Through the market study, it was possible to identify that the acceptance of the product is 26% and that the potential consumers oscillate between 18-70 years, middle class, medium-high and high, willing to acquire mandarin wine, with a demand annual of 19.362 liters. The resources needed to start up the microenterprise are made up of materials, human talent, tools, and infrastructure, whose total investment value is 74.190,20 dollars. Besides, with the Leopold Matrix applied in the environmental study, very low adversity impacts were estimated, where the adequacy of the terrain, followed by the automotive transport, are the environmental aspects that will have negative repercussions. Through the economic-financial study, it was determined that the project is profitable and viable, with a net present value (NPV) of 85.175,13 dollars, an internal rate of return (IRR) of 20%, and a beneficial cost of 1.15 dollars. | dc.description.abstract | La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la factibilidad de una microempresa procesadora de bebida fermentada de mandarina (citrus reticulata) en el cantón Bolívar. Mediante el estudio de mercado se pudo identificar que la aceptación del producto es del 26%, y que el potencial de consumidores oscila entre 18-70 años, de clase media, media alta y alta, dispuestos a adquirir el vino de mandarina, con una demanda anual de 19 362 litros. Los recursos necesarios para poner en marcha la microempresa están conformados por materiales, talento humano, herramientas e infraestructura, cuyo valor de inversión total es de 74 190,20 dólares. Además, con la Matriz de Leopold aplicada en el estudio ambiental se estimó impactos de muy baja afectación, donde la adecuación del terreno, seguido del transporte automotor son los aspectos ambientales que repercutirían de forma negativa. Mediante el estudio económico – financiero se determinó que el proyecto es rentable y viable desde el punto de vista económico-financiero, con un valor actual neto (VAN) de 85 175,13 dólares una tasa interna de retorno (TIR) del 20%, y un costo-benéfico de 1,15 dólares.
