Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal analizar los aspectos tangibles de la calidad de los servicios educativos del distrito de educación 13D06 Bolívar-Junín, este trabajo inició con la búsqueda de información bibliográfica mediante libros, revistas y páginas web de varios autores y definiciones sobre los aspectos tangibles de la calidad del servicio educativo los cuales se encontraron los siguientes: Escritorios, las mesas, las sillas, las pizarras, los modulares, las computadoras, proyector infocus, materiales didácticos, los libros, así mismo para diagnosticar la situación actual se aplicó la investigación de campo la misma que permitió interactuar al investigador con las personas que intervienen en este trabajo de investigación, es decir permitió acudir al centro de estudio a la toma de información, los resultados encontrados mediante la entrevista y la encuesta fue la carencia de tecnología moderna, falta de equipos tecnológicos, poco material didácticos, afiches, folletos, libros, y la falta de mantenimientos de las infraestructura, equipos y materiales de las unidades educativas, por ende intervinieron el método inductivo, deductivo y descriptivo mismos que permitieron analizar información y detallar hechos y por último se diseñó el plan de acción que cuenta con la siguiente estructura, introducción, objetivos, actividades, estrategias, indicadores, responsables y tiempo, por ende se concluye que gracias a este estudio se logró aportar con estrategias claves para mejorar la calidad de los servicios que ofrecen las unidades educativas del distrito de educación 13D06.
Description
The main objective of this research is to analyze the tangible aspects of the quality of educational services in the education district 13D06 Bolívar-Junín, this work began with the search for bibliographic information through books, magazines and web pages of various authors and deaths on the tangible aspects of the quality of the educational service which were found the following: Desks, tables, chairs, blackboards, modulars, computers, infocus projector, didactic materials, books, likewise, to diagnose the current situation, field research was applied, which allowed the researcher to interact with the people involved in this research work, that is, it allowed him to go to the study center to take information, The interview and the survey were applied that yielded as results the lack of modern technology, lack of technological equipment, little didactic material, posters, brochures, books, and the lack of maintenance of the infrastructure, equipment and materials of the educational units, therefore the inductive, inductive and descriptive method intervened, which allowed analyzing information and detailing facts and finally the improvement plan was designed that has the following structure, introduction, objectives, activities, strategies, indicators, responsible and time, therefore it is concluded that thanks to this study it was possible to contribute with key strategies to improve the quality of the services offered by the educational units of the 13D06 education district.
