Abstract
El objetivo principal del proyecto fue desarrollar un sistema web para los procesos administrativos de gestión documental en el Registro de la Propiedad del GAD Municipal de Chone. En la metodología, se aplicaron tres fases: En la primera, se identificaron los requisitos del sistema, utilizando técnicas de investigación y el estándar IEEE 830. Posteriormente, se adoptó la metodología ágil SCRUM, organizando el trabajo en sprints con un enfoque particular en las historias de usuario. Finalmente, se diseñó la base de datos, diagramas de caso de uso y navegación. Además, el backend se desarrolló con Laravel 10 y Livewire 3. El frontend se construyó utilizando Bootstrap y JavaScript, y se empleó Visual Studio Code como IDE en un entorno de desarrollo con XAMPP. Se obtuvo un sistema web local que permitió a los usuarios realizar trámites de inscripciones, certificaciones, notas devolutivas y la integración entre los departamentos. Asimismo, el sistema facilitó la posterior búsqueda y recuperación de información a través de reportes detallados. El sistema mejoró significativamente la gestión documental, alcanzando los objetivos propuestos, logrando una mayor eficiencia y satisfacción de los usuarios.
Description
The main objective of the project was to develop a web system for the administrative processes of document management at the Property Registry in Chone Municipal GAD. The methodology was applied in three phases: in the first phase, the system requirements were identified using research techniques and the IEEE 830 standard. Subsequently, the agile SCRUM methodology was adopted, organizing the work into sprints with a particular focus on user stories. Finally, the database, use case diagrams, and navigation diagrams were designed. Additionally, the backend was developed using Laravel 10 and Livewire 3. The frontend was built using Bootstrap and JavaScript, and Visual Studio Code was used as the IDE in a development environment with XAMPP. The result was a local web system that allowed users to perform procedures for registrations, certifications, return notes, and integration between departments. Moreover, the system facilitated the subsequent search and retrieval of information through detailed reports. The system significantly improved document management, achieving the proposed objectives and resulting in greater efficiency and user satisfaction.
