| dc.description | The objective of this research was to make a design of a SPA in order to create a tourist alternative designed to meet the needs of relaxation contributing to the development of the tourist resort of Canton Bolívar, taking into account the new trends of the visitor not only the leisure but also find time to rest due to stress of working life for which we developed the baseline of Canton, was determined supply and demand for spa services, technical study was analyzed to determine the location, load capacity, size of building is 250 m2, the environmental impact study determined the Leopold matrix application; were determined negative environmental impacts of the proposal, both in the construction of the SPA center as start-up, in terms of the economic and financial viability the proposal is feasible as indicated by the results of Cash Flow, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and the Period of Return on Investment (PRI ). | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de esta investigación fue realizar un diseño de un SPA con la finalidad de crear una alternativa turística dirigida a satisfacer las necesidades de relajación del turista contribuyendo al desarrollo turístico del cantón Bolívar, teniendo en cuenta que las nuevas tendencias del visitante no solo es el ocio sino también buscar un momento de descanso debido al estrés que genera la vida laboral; para lo cual se elaboró la línea base del cantón, se determinó la oferta y demanda de los servicios del SPA, se analizó el estudio técnico para determinar la ubicación, la capacidad de carga, la dimensión de construcción que es de 250 m2; el estudio de impacto ambiental determinó la aplicación de la matriz Leopold; se determinaron los impactos ambientales negativos de la propuesta, tanto en la construcción del centro de SPA como su puesta en marcha; en cuanto a la viabilidad económica y financiera la propuesta es factible como lo indican los resultados del Flujo de Caja, el Valor Actual Neto (VAN), la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) y el Periodo de Retorno de la Inversión (PRI). | es_ES |
