| dc.description | The investigation in the Cooperative Intercantonal of Transport Tosagua Associated had the purpose of evaluating the behavior of the organization, where initially a bibliographical study was used to determine the theoretical bases by means of the development of a matrix of authors that contained the variables applied by different researchers, who using the analysis and synthesis were determined those with greater applicability, resulting among these: productivity, absenteeism, staff turnover and job satisfaction; After that, the evaluation tool was structured (questionnaire), including a qualitative or Likert scale, with application indicators: always, almost always, sometimes and never. After evaluating the population under study, the data was processed and analyzed, accompanying the process through a qualitative-quantitative, analytical-synthetic methodology that would facilitate the execution of the diagnosis of the organizational environment and development of the improvement plan corresponding to the detected shortcomings. The application of the process described above generated viable results, which allow to reach the conclusion that the behavior of the Tosagua Intercantonal Transport Cooperative presents optimal performance in the variables productivity and job satisfaction with application rates of almost always corresponding to 63% and 73%. % respectively; in terms of absenteeism (39%) and turnover (56%), they present levels of alarm that require attention to optimize development, implementing improvement actions that reduce the bad practices detected. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La investigación en la Cooperativa Intercantonal de Transporte Tosagua Asociada tuvo la finalidad de evaluar el comportamiento de la organización, en donde inicialmente se hizo uso de un estudio bibliográfico para determinar las bases teóricas mediante el desarrollo de una matriz de autores que contuviera las variables aplicadas por diferentes investigadores, mismas que haciendo uso del análisis y síntesis se determinaron aquellas con mayor aplicabilidad, resultando entre estas: productividad, ausentismo, rotación del personal y satisfacción laboral; posterior a ello, se procedió a la estructuración de la herramienta para la evaluación (cuestionario), incluyéndose una escala de valoración cualitativa o de Likert, con indicadores de aplicación: siempre, casi siempre, algunas veces y nunca. Luego de evaluar la población objeto de estudio, los datos fueron procesados y analizados, acompañando el proceso mediante una metodología cuali-cuantitativa, analítico-sintética que facilitará la ejecución del diagnóstico del ambiente organizacional y desarrollo del plan de mejora correspondiente a las falencias detectadas. La aplicación del proceso antes descrito generó resultados viables, que permiten llegar a la conclusión de que el comportamiento de la Cooperativa Intercantonal de Transporte Tosagua presenta desempeño optimo en las variables productividad y satisfacción laboral con porcentajes de aplicación de casi siempre correspondiente a 63% y 73% respectivamente; en cuanto al ausentismo (39%) y rotación (56%), presentan niveles de alarma que requieren prestárseles atención para optimizar el desarrollo, implementando acciones de mejora que reduzcan las malas prácticas detectadas. | es_ES |
