| dc.description | The objective of this research was to elaborate a Functions Manual for the personnel in the Administrative Area at 13 de Octubre Secondary School for the optimization of work and activities in general. For this reason, it was necessary to diagnose the current administrative situation of the School. Through an interview carried out with questions like, “give details about your responsibilities in the school”, “do you consider the flowchart of functions to be well defined, why?”, “are your administrative duties in the school already defined?”, “In your daily activities what department do you specifically coordinate with?” With the results obtained, it was determined the necessity to implant the manual in order to describe responsibilities and obligations in a clear and precise way. In addition, the school will have a solid and organized structure when administrative functions are performed. The manual was elaborated as an instrument for the awareness among the administrative personnel, and it was designed in an easy format to facilitate its understanding and application along with the respective activities clearly described. Therefore, it should be implemented to improve the current situation at the institution. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de esta investigación consistió en la elaboración de un Manual de Funciones para el personal del Área Administrativa del Colegio Nacional 13 de Octubre con el fin de optimizar y limitar las actividades del personal. Por lo cual fue necesario diagnosticar la situación actual administrativa del Colegio mediante la entrevista realizada con las siguientes preguntas: Detalle las funciones que usted ejerce en el colegio, ¿Considera usted que el organigrama funcional está bien delimitado, ¿Por qué?, ¿Tiene delimitadas sus actividades en la función Administrativa del Colegio?, ¿En sus actividades diarias con qué departamento coordina específicamente? Con esta información se estableció que es necesario implantar el manual para definir sus responsabilidades y delimitaciones en forma clara y precisa. Siendo una ventaja para el plantel tener una estructura sólida, organizada al momento de ejecutar sus funciones administrativas planificadamente. El manual se elaboró como un instrumento para el conocimiento del personal administrativo y fue diseñado en forma fácil para el entendimiento y aplicación del mismo con sus respectivas actividades y así lo lleven a efecto para mejoras de la institución. | es_ES |
