dc.description.abstractEn esta investigación se desarrolló la elaboración de un plan de negocio para la creación de una empresa de servicios de limpieza para atender la demanda de las oficinas de las instalaciones públicas y privadas con sede en la ciudad de Calceta. Los principales objetivos de esta investigación son: la elaboración de un estudio de mercado que permita conocer el nivel de demanda del servicio de limpieza en la ciudad de Calceta; determinación de los aspectos tecnológicos del servicio de limpieza; establecer el tipo de organización y administración del plan de negocios; ejecutar una evaluación económica de los estados financieros proyectados que permita conocer la viabilidad, factibilidad y rentabilidad del negocio.es_ES
