| dc.description | for the development of the Canuto parish in the Chone canton, applying documentary/bibliographical and field research with a mixed non-experimental exploratory approach based on analytical-synthetic and descriptive methods, which allowed to know the reality of the area under study and the incidence that it has; This design was structured in four phases: where in the first phase a characterization and multidimensional analysis of the territory was carried out using matrices and mapping of actors, in turn 196 surveys were applied to the population of the parish, which function to know the perception regarding tourism, obtaining that 76% of those surveyed are interested in tourism. In the second phase, the main products with territorial identity were identified in addition to the tourist sites in the area in order to measure the tourist potential of the territory; Subsequently, in the third phase, the problems and potentialities of the parish were analyzed through a strategic SWOT analysis, matrices (EFI, EFE, internal and external). Finally, a PDOT is established with a structure that allows the planning, management and tourist coordination of the territory with a vision of potentiating and marketing tourist products with territorial identity. It will be determined that Canuto has limitations in local development due to the lack of support in the planning of strategies by the GAD. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar un plan de ordenamiento turístico territorial para el desarrollo de la parroquia Canuto del cantón Chone, aplicando una investigación documental/bibliográfica y de campo con un enfoque exploratorio no experimental mixto basado en los métodos analítico-sintético y descriptivo, lo que permitió conocer la realidad del área en estudio y la incidencia que tiene la misma; este diseño se estructuró en cuatro fases: donde en la primera fase se realizó una caracterización y análisis multidimensional del territorio empleando matrices y mapeo de actores, a su vez se aplicaron 196 encuestas a la población de la parroquia, la cual sirvió para conocer la percepción en lo que respecta al turismo obteniendo que el 76% de los encuestados están interesados en la actividad turística. En la segunda fase se identificaron las principales los productos con identidad territorial además de los sitios turísticos de la zona con la finalidad de medir la potencialidad turística del territorio; posterior en la tercera fase se analizó los problemas y potencialidades de la parroquia mediante de un análisis FODA estratégico, matrices (EFI, EFE, interna y externa). Por último, se estableció un PDOT con una estructura que permite la planificación, gestión y coordinación turística del territorio con una visión de potencializar y comercializar productos turísticos con identidad territorial. Se logró determinar que Canuto tiene limitaciones en el desarrollo local por la falta de apoyo en el planteamiento de estrategias por parte de los GAD. | es_ES |
