Resumen : La presente investigación fue desarrollada en el cantón Bolívar dirigida a los emprendedores y asociaciones de emprendimiento, con el fin de realizar un diagnóstico de los factores críticos de éxito del ecosistema de emprendimiento, para potencializarlos al punto de lograr resultados positivos en el posicionamiento del mercado de los productos y servicios que ofrecen, es por ello que se aplicaron técnicas como la encuesta donde se desarrolló un cuestionario a 63 emprendedores con el objetivo de conocer la situación actual de los emprendimientos, por otro lado la entrevista permitió analizar el apoyo gubernamental que se da a los emprendedores, así mismo se utilizó la herramienta de matriz FODA que identifico las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas de los emprendimientos. Por otra parte para el desarrollo de esta investigación se lo realizó mediante cuatro fases, primero se diagnosticó la situación actual de los factores críticos de éxito como el acceso a la infraestructura física, políticas gubernamentales, apoyo financiero, apertura a mercado interior, infraestructura comercial, educación, normas sociales y culturares, segundo se identificó las características de los emprendedores según su actividad que permitió detectar los principales problemas que afectan al crecimiento de los emprendimientos, tercero se planteó estrategias en base de los factores críticos, por último se elaboró un plan de mejora que sugiere la formación de los emprendedores en el marco legal que los rige, la promoción y marketing, aplicación de tecnología y una campaña de socialización para concientizar a la sociedad de importancia de los emprendimientos para el crecimiento económico.
Descripción : This research was developed in Bolívar canton aimed at entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship associations, in order to make a diagnosis of the critical success factors of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, to potentiate them to the point of achieving positive results in the positioning of the market, the products and services they offer; that is why techniques were applied such as the survey where a questionnaire was developed for 63 entrepreneurs with the objective of knowing the current situation of the enterprises, on the other hand the interview allowed to analyze the government support given to the entrepreneurs, likewise, the SWOT matrix tool was used, which identified the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of the ventures. On the other hand, for the development of this research was carried out through four phases, first diagnosed the current situation of critical success factors such as access to physical infrastructure, government policies, financial support, opening to the internal market, commercial infrastructure, education, social and cultural norms; second the characteristics of the entrepreneurs were identified according to their activity that allowed to detect the main problems that affect the growth of the enterprises; third, strategies were proposed based on the critical factors; finally, a plan of improvement that suggests the formation of entrepreneurs in the legal framework that governs them, promotion and marketing, application of technology and a socialization campaign to raise awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship for economic growth.
