| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal elaborar un manual de procesos y procedimientos de maestrías en el departamento de Posgrado de la Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López que contribuya al desarrollo de sus actividades coordinación y organización de la misma, se aplicó el método de campo el cual ayudó a que los investigadores acudan al lugar del fenómeno de estudio, así mismo la aplicación del método inductivo el cual sirvió para determinar las causas de las falencias existentes, se aplicó también la entrevista que sirvió para obtener información. Se presentó también una breve descripción de cómo deben desarrollarse las actividades relacionadas en el antes mencionado departamento, con el propósito de que la Coordinación General de Posgrado tenga disponible los procedimientos para el funcionamiento de las áreas de trabajo, así como los formatos correspondientes. Lo anterior ayudará al involucramiento y compromiso del personal de la Coordinación de Posgrado en todos los niveles de la organización, será un insumo para revisar y mejorar los procesos para optimizar el desempeño de este departamento, facilitará la implementación de un sistema de registros de actividades actuales y futuras que se vayan presentando en el transcurso de los año, y ayuda a la generación de indicadores de productividad pertinentes para asegurar la calidad de las actividades de Posgrado. |
| Descripción : | The present research work has as main goal to elaborate a manual of processes and procedures the masters in the Department of Postgraduate and Continuing Education of the Higher Polytechnic School of Agriculture of Manabí Manuel Félix López that contributes to the development of its activities coordination and organization. It was applied through field method which helped the researchers to go to the place of the study, as well as the application of the inductive method which helped to determine the causes of existing shortcomings, also applied the interview that helped to obtain information. It is showed a description about how the related activities in the aforementioned department should be carried out is also presented, so that the General Postgraduate Coordination has available the procedures for the operation of the work areas, as well as the corresponding formats. This will help the involvement and commitment of the Postgraduate Coordination staff at all levels of the organization, It will be an input to review and improve the processes to optimize the performance of this department, facilitate the implementation of a system of records of current activities And future projects that will be presented in the course of the year, in fact It will help the generation of pertinent productivity indicators to ensure the success of Graduate activities |
