dc.description	The main objective of this degree work was to develop a web system for vehicle maintenance management at the municipal GAD Municipal Park of Bolívar canton for the permanent control of its units; to achieve this objective, the SCRUM methodology was selected, this methodology consists of different phases that helped to solve the established activities, and successfully concluded with the specific objectives set. The SCRUM methodology, as an important part for the development of this work, consists of three phases for its development such as: the planning of the iteration that consisted in conducting an interview with the personnel in charge of the machinery and fuel administration unit and the technology unit and public procurement; phase two, the execution of the iteration, which involves the development, it was structured and developed in SQL Management Studio 2012 and Visual Studio 2013 and phase three: Inspection and adaptation, in this phase the system was subjected to constant revisions by the SCRUM Master to make the respective changes. Once the vehicle maintenance management web system was tested and using the black box testing tool, it was concluded that the use of the vehicle management web system facilitated the management and access to the required information, in this way the degree work was completed in a satisfactory and punctualizing each and every one of the requirements established by the Municipal GAD of Bolívar canton.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de titulación tuvo como objetivo principal desarrollar un sistema web de gestión de mantenimiento vehicular al parque automotor del GAD Municipal del cantón Bolívar para el control permanente de sus unidades; para la realización de este objetivo se seleccionó la metodología SCRUM, esta metodología consta de diferentes fases que ayudaron a dar solución a las actividades establecidas, y concluir de manera exitosa con los objetivos específicos planteados. La metodología SCRUM, como parte importante para el desarrollo de este trabajo, consta con tres fases para su desarrollo como: la planificación de la iteración que consistió en realizar una entrevista con el personal encargado de la unidad de administración de maquinaria y combustible y de la unidad de tecnología y contratación pública; fase dos, la ejecución de la iteración, que involucra el desarrollo, el mismo fue estructurado y desarrollado en SQL Management Studio 2012 y Visual Studio 2013 y fase tres: Inspección y adaptación, en esta fase el sistema fue sometido a constantes revisiones por el SCRUM Master para hacer los respectivos cambios. Una vez puesto a prueba el sistema web de gestión de mantenimiento vehicular y haciendo uso de la herramienta de pruebas de caja negra, se concluyó, que el uso del sistema web de gestión vehicular facilitó el manejo y acceso a la información requerida, de esta manera se dio por finalizado el trabajo de titulación de manera satisfactoria y puntualizando todos y cada uno de los requerimientos establecidos por el GAD Municipal del cantón Bolívar.	es_ES
