dc.description	The present research of intervention consisted in carrying out a control study that is carried out in the systems area of the Autonomous Municipal Government of Chone Canton, the same that consists of an internal audit. We used the field method and bibliography that consists of three phases which are: accumulation of reference, selection of references and signed. In the first phase, the necessary information about the studied norm was investigated and collected, then a matrix was made which contains a matrix of content, the technique of the interview about the information security was applied with the person in charge of the department of the GAD Chone, this instrument helped the author to learn about important issues in the department. With all the information obtained from the 410-10 standard of the General Comptroller of the state, the same that was done to the area manager together with a survey that allowed the internal evaluation; important information that helped establish the problems that arise in this department and thus comply with laws and regulations related to the aforementioned standard. Jointly in carrying out an analysis, it was established that the Technology department of GAD Chone has not fully complied with the internal control standards (410-10) of the general comptroller of the state, for lack of concern of the authorities, for lack of budget and mainly because of the apathy of the persons responsible for the area.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de intervención consistió en realizar un estudio de control que se realiza en el área de sistemas del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Chone, el mismo que consta de una auditoria interna. Se utilizó el método de campo y bibliografía que consta de tres fases las cuales son: acumulación de referencia, selección de referencias y fichado. En la primera fase, se investigó y recolectó la información necesaria sobre la norma estudiada, luego se realizó una matriz la cual contiene una matriz de contenido, se aplicó la técnica de la entrevista acerca de la seguridad en la información con el encargado del departamento del GAD de Chone, este instrumento ayudó que la autora conozca temas importantes del departamento. Con toda la información obtenida de la norma 410-10 de la Contraloría General del Estado, la misma que se la realizó al encargado del área junto con una encuesta que permitió la evaluación interna; información importante, que ayudó a establecer los problemas que se suscitan en este departamento y de esta manera cumplir con leyes y reglamentos relacionados con la norma mencionada. Conjuntamente al realizar un análisis se estableció que el departamento de Tecnología del GAD Chone, no ha cumplido en su totalidad con las normas de control interno (410-10) de la Contraloría General del Estado, por despreocupación de las autoridades, por falta de presupuesto y principalmente por apatía de las personas responsables del área.	es_ES
