dc.description	The purpose of this research consisted in studying the tax administration of the IRS in the province of Manabí -Zone 4, in order for the IRS to know the changes from its implementation during the year 2014,it was proposed the following specific objectives for the culmination of the research, to determine what is the economic activity of the contributors, analyze the behavior of the revenues, analyze the tax administration from the implementation by the RISE, for the collection of the information the inductive, deductive and historic method ware used, field research was also applied to collaborate in the investigation. An opinion poll to a sample of the contributors registered in the RISE was applied to determined their satisfaction as tributaries that allows them to labor regularly in the province of Manabí, for each question a corresponding graphics was elaborated using the information-technology tool Microsoft Excel, besides an interview to the Internal Revenue Service's representative was done, which showed outstanding data for this research, one of them was related to the bigger cost-reducing incidence to merchants which are commerce and sale, even if the province has been characterized by its cattle and farming activity does not represents its main economy. The importance of investigation will help future research for the Internal Revenue Service.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La finalidad de la investigación consistió en estudiar la gestión tributaria del Régimen Impositivo Simplificado Ecuatoriano zona 4- Manabí, para que el Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI) conozca los cambios desde su implementación hasta el año 2014, se plantearon los siguientes objetivos específicos para la culminación de la investigación, determinar cuál es la actividad económica con más contribuyentes, analizar el comportamiento de las recaudaciones que se realizan, analizar la gestión tributaria a partir de la implementación del RISE , para la recolección de la información se utilizó el método inductivo y deductivo e histórico, además se manejó la investigación de campo e histórica las que coadyuvaron a la culminación del trabajo. A una muestra de los registrados en el RISE se aplicó una encuesta que determinó la satisfacción de éstos al existir un tributo que le permite laborar con regularidad en la provincia de Manabí, se realizaron los gráficos correspondientes a cada pregunta en la herramienta informática Microsoft Excel, además se entrevistó al representante del SRI, quien dio a conocer los datos relevantes para la investigación. Se determinó que el tributo con mayor incidencia económica y comerciantes inscritos al régimen, es el comercio y venta al por mayor y menor, a pesar que la provincia se ha caracterizado por ser ganadera y agrícola. En la encuesta aplicada a los comerciantes inscritos al RISE el 31% manifestaron que el SRI debería mejorar las capacitaciones.	es_ES
