dc.description	This research was carried out with the purpose of designing a comprehensive system of credit recovery for the Chamber of Commerce of the Bolivar Canton Ltda., which began with interviews with the general manager and Chief Department of loans and recovery, the same who helped verify the shortcomings existing in the granting and collection of the loans due to lack of the system the observation that allowed to have a general perspective on the behavior of the credits from the time of the grant to the collection, techniques that helped identify the flaw of the nonperforming loans that is located in the institution according to data extracted from the balance sheet cut to December 31, 2013 resulting 48%, non-performing loans given by the poor provision of credits partners and by the lack of requirements that must comply the approval of the same, it was also verified that the cooperative does not have any internal regulation for the credit situation. Set of activities, strategies and actions were proposed for the grant and credit recovery. It was taken into consideration the rules indicated by the Super intendancy of Popular and solidary economy regulator of the financial sector, which has an introduction, purpose, mission, vision, process of granting of credit, preventive collections, threads of collections by delay, control of investment negotiations, prejudicial and judicial, these processes will help the cooperative has a system of effective and efficient collection and thus a satisfactory portfolio for this institution.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación se realizó con el propósito de Diseñar un Sistema Integral de Cobranzas para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Cámara de Comercio del Cantón Bolívar Ltda., la cual inició con entrevistas al gerente general y jefe de departamento de crédito y cobranzas, las cuales ayudaron a verificar las falencias existentes en la concesión y cobranza de los créditos por la carencia del sistema antes mencionado. También se aplicó la observación que permitió tener una perspectiva general sobre el comportamiento de los créditos desde el momento de la concesión hasta la cobranza, técnicas que permitieron identificar el comportamiento de la cartera vencida que se encuentra en la institución según datos extraídos del balance financiero con corte al 31 de diciembre del 2013 que asciende al 48%, morosidad que se da por el deficiente proceso de otorgación de créditos a los socios y por la falta de requisitos que deben de cumplir antes de la aprobación de los mismos, también se verificó que la cooperativa no cuenta con ningún reglamento interno que regulen la situación crediticia. Se propuso un conjunto de actividades, estrategias y acciones para la otorgación y recuperación de créditos. Para la realización de este diseño se ha tomado en cuenta las normas que indica la Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria ente regulador de este sector económico financiero, que cuenta con una introducción, objetivo, misión, visión, proceso de concesión de crédito, cobranza preventiva, los subprocesos de cobranzas por mora, control de inversión, negociaciones, prejudicial y judicial.	es_ES
