dc.description	With the purpose of improve the information and communication security in the fire department Casimiro Farfán of the Bolivar canton, it was proposed to implement a computer system to manage electronic mail and instant messaging in order to have quicker access to the information of the institution, Providing greater security and reliability, as well as avoiding spam. To guarantee a good service was used the operating system Centos that provides reliability and stability, The Zimbra email service which together with its innovative messaging was chosen to be implemented for its security, administration features and ease of use; And the instant messaging manager Zextras. The implementation of the communication computer system was adapted to the requirements of the organization, which was divided into four phases: analysis, proposal design, implementation and testing. Once the tools and design were chosen, we proceeded with the implementation, integrating the server first and then performing the respective installation of the communication tools. Subsequently, the firewall rules were configured to avoid viruses and other possible computer attacks. The domain was registered with the name: mail.bomberoscalceta.gob.ec. Installed the server and put in production tests were made to verify that the services work correctly, doing zimbra tests and the sending of mails. The implementation of this service allowed to manage interdepartmental communication in a timely manner, optimizing resources.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Con el propósito de mejorar la seguridad de la información y la comunicación en el cuerpo de bomberos Casimiro Farfán del cantón Bolívar, se planteó implementar un sistema informático que gestione correo electrónico y mensajería instantánea para así tener acceso más rápido a la información de la institución, brindándole mayor seguridad y confiabilidad, además de evitar el correo spam. Para garantizar un buen servicio se utilizó el sistema operativo Centos que brinda confiabilidad y estabilidad; el servicio de correo electrónico Zimbra que junto con su mensajería innovadora fue elegido para ser implementado por su seguridad, características de administración y facilidad de uso; y el gestor de mensajería instantánea Zextras. La implementación del sistema informático de comunicación se adaptó a los requerimientos de la organización, misma que se dividió en cuatro fases: análisis, diseño de propuesta, implementación y pruebas. Una vez elegidas las herramientas y el diseño se procedió con la implementación, integrando en primer lugar el servidor para luego realizar la respectiva instalación de las herramientas de comunicación. Posteriormente se procedió a la configuración de las reglas de firewall para evitar virus y otros posibles ataques informáticos. El dominio quedó registrado con el nombre de: mail.bomberoscalceta.gob.ec. Instalado el servidor y puesto en producción se realizaron pruebas para constatar que los servicios funcionen correctamente, haciendo testeos en zimbra y el envío de correos. La implementación de este servicio permitió gestionar la comunicación interdepartamental de una manera oportuna optimizando recursos.	es_ES
