dc.description	The present research work was carried out with the objective of analyzing the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and Emotional Intelligence in public servants of the National Electricity Corporation CNEL in Bolívar canton for the improvement of work performance in the period 2022. To achieve the objectives were used several methods such as inductive, deductive and analytical, which helped to carry out the activities, meanwhile the research techniques helped us in data collection, one of these techniques was the survey which was applied to the 18 officials who are covered by the Labor Code, the information obtained was tabulated through the Google forms platform and in turn the interview was carried out with the manager of CNEL de Calceta, the results obtained showed a level moderate burnout syndrome in the administrative area compared to the level of burnout in the operational area, which was higher. Finally, the conclusions of the research determined that the incidence of burnout syndrome on the emotional intelligence of CNEL public servants in Bolívar canton influences when the end of the working day approaches since work fatigue prevents them from performing effectively in their daily work, and to reduce these levels of stress they must make institutional policies that help mitigate these levels of burnout.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de analizar la relación entre el Síndrome de Burnout y la Inteligencia Emocional en los servidores públicos de la Corporación Nacional de Electricidad CNEL del cantón Bolívar para la mejora del desempeño laboral en el período 2022. Para lograr los objetivos se utilizaron varios métodos como el inductivo, deductivo y analítico, los cuales ayudaron a la realización de las actividades, mientras tanto las técnicas de la investigación nos ayudaron en la recopilación de datos, una de estas técnicas fue la encuesta la cual se le aplicó a los 18 funcionarios los cuales se encuentran acogidos al Código de Trabajo, la información que se obtuvo se tabuló a través de la plataforma Google formularios y a su vez la entrevista se la realizamos al gerente de CNEL de calceta, los resultados obtenidos mostraron un nivel moderado del síndrome de burnout en el área administrativa a comparación del nivel de burnout en el área operativa que fue más elevados. Por último, las conclusiones de la investigación determinaron que la incidencia del síndrome de burnout en la inteligencia emocional de los servidores públicos de CNEL del cantón Bolívar influye cuando se acerca el final de la jornada laboral ya que el cansancio laboral impide desenvolverse eficazmente en su labor diaria, y para reducir estos niveles de estrés deben hacer políticas institucionales que ayuden a mitigar estos niveles de burnout.	es_ES
