dc.description	The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of evaluating the incidence of the work environment in the performance of the personnel of the health center type A Calceta IESS for the period 2021. This investigation of an exploratory descriptive nature, assisted by the deductive, synthetic analytical methods and the bibliographic review. In the first instance, it starts with the investigation of the theoretical bases of the work environment from the perspective of several authors through a meticulous bibliographic review in order to continue with the investigation of the legal regulations in force in the country referring to the object of study. As a second phase, the diagnosis of the factors that affect the work environment was carried out through the application of surveys to the institution's collaborators, where it is highlighted that such organization has the means, equipment and tools necessary for an efficient labor climate. Finally, the proposal for an improvement plan was developed, with the purpose of mitigating the inconveniences that were evident within the operational and administrative areas of the health center, and in this way the collaborators can have a better work environment, which is reflected in the labor efficiency and attention of the users. Therefore, it can be concluded that it is essential that the organization accept the proposed improvement plan and be socialized with all its collaborators with each of the strategies and activities imposed in it to reduce labor deficiency.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación se la ejecutó con la finalidad de evaluar la incidencia del clima laboral en el desempeño del personal del centro de salud tipo A Calceta IESS del periodo 2021. Esta investigación de carácter descriptivo exploratoria, asistida por los métodos deductivo, analítico sintético y la revisión bibliográfica. En primera instancia parte con la indagación de las bases teóricas del clima laboral desde la perspectiva de varios autores mediante una minuciosa revisión bibliográfica para de esta manera continuar con la indagación de la normativa legal vigente en el país referente del objeto de estudio. Como segunda fase se procedió a la elaboración del diagnóstico de los factores que inciden en el clima laboral mediante la aplicación de encuestas a los colaboradores de la institución, en donde resalta que tal organización cuenta con los medios, equipos y herramientas necesarias para un eficiente clima laboral. Por último, se desarrolló la propuesta de un plan de mejora, con la finalidad de mitigar los inconvenientes que se evidenciaron dentro de las áreas operativas y administrativas del centro de salud, y de esta manera los colaboradores puedan tener un mejor ambiente de trabajo, lo que se refleja en la eficiencia laboral y atención de los usuarios. Por lo tanto, se puede concluir que es indispensable que la organización acoja el plan de mejora propuesto y sea sociabilizado con todos sus colaboradores con cada una de las estrategias y actividades impuestas en el mismo para disminuir la deficiencia laboral.	es_ES
