dc.description	The main objective of this research work is to determine the incidence of stress on the work performance of teachers of the Agricultural Engineering career of the Agricultural Polytechnic School of Manabí Manuel Félix López during the period 2022, for the strengthening of the career. The execution of this work was carried out in three stages. In the first, a search of bibliographic information was carried out to identify the factors that trigger stress and familiarization of the subject of study. In the second stage, the incidence of stress on work performance was diagnosed through the interview and survey. And in the last stage, strategies were proposed that helped reduce stress levels by improving work performance. Field research was used to apply the techniques already mentioned. In addition, descriptive research was used to help identify the factors that trigger stress in teachers. It was concluded that there are various discomforts such as lack of time for the fulfillment of tasks, little internet access, lack of technological equipment, discomfort due to staff rotation, excess tasks of work at home among others, so a proposal was designed to mitigate the shortcomings that affect the well-being of teachers.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar la incidencia del estrés en el desempeño laboral de los docentes de la Carrera de Ingeniería Agrícola de la Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López durante el periodo 2022, para el fortalecimiento de la carrera. La ejecución de este trabajo se realizó en tres etapas. En la primera se realizó una búsqueda de información bibliográfica para la identificación de los factores que desencadenan el estrés y familiarización del tema de estudio. En la segunda etapa se diagnosticó la incidencia del estrés en el desempeño laboral mediante la entrevista y encuesta. Y en la última etapa se propusieron estrategias que ayudaron a disminuir los niveles de estrés mejorando el desempeño laboral. Se empleó la investigación de campo que permitió aplicar las técnicas ya mencionadas. Además, se empleó la investigación descriptiva que ayudó a cumplir con la identificación de los factores que desencadenan el estrés en los docentes. Se llegó a la conclusión de que existen diversos malestares como falta de tiempo para el cumplimiento de tareas, poco acceso de internet, falta de equipos tecnológicos, incomodidad por rotación del personal, exceso de tareas del trabajo en casa entre otros por lo que se diseñó una propuesta para mitigar las falencias que afectan el bienestar de los docentes.	es_ES
