dc.description	This research is elaborated with the aim of contributing an institutional theory where the theme "RISK FACTORS (NOISE, LIGHT) THE WORKPLACE BY UNIT OF TEACHING, RESEARCH AND LINKING is derived. CARRERA AGROINDUSTRIAS - ESPAM MFL ". This is divided into five chapters are: Background, where the object of study described their signs and causes also having a prediction of their future to maintain the current status implications, as well justified as their reasons for being with the general goal "diagnose risk factors (noise, lighting) work environment that contribute to the safety, health and welfare of the workers in the (IVDU) Race Agribusiness ". Next, Theoretical Framework, is where there is a conceptual and referential scientific support synthesis that gives the object of study. Then there is the Methodological Development where actions planned earlier in the methodological design are written also shows that the results are scientifically backed and are reproducible. Then there is the Results and Discussion chapter mentioned objectives relevant to information, allowing justify conclusions from a discussion based on the risk factors that are the subject of this study, conducting a procedure for each well and correct according to the rules applied. Conclusions and Recommendations are then where are summarized the main facts found and its contribution to knowledge. Finally there is the list of references consulted to make this work something reliable.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación está elaborada con el propósito de contribuir una tesis institucional donde se deriva el tema “FACTORES DE RIESGO (RUIDO, ILUMINACIÓN) DEL ENTORNO LABORAL EN UNIDADES DE DOCENCIA, INVESTIGACIÓN Y VINCULACIÓN. CARRERA AGROINDUSTRIAS - ESPAM MFL”. Este está dividido en cinco capítulos que son: Antecedentes, donde se describe al objeto de estudio con sus indicios y causas habiendo también una predicción de sus implicaciones futuras para sostener la situación actual, además se justifica según sus razones de ser teniendo como objetivo general “Diagnosticar los factores de riesgo (ruido, iluminación) del entorno laboral que contribuyan a la seguridad, salud y bienestar de las y los trabajadores en las UDIV de la Carrera de Agroindustrias”. El siguiente, Marco Teórico, es en donde se encuentra una síntesis conceptual y referencial que da sustento científico al objeto de estudio. Luego está el Desarrollo Metodológico donde están escritas las acciones planificadas antes en el diseño metodológico, además se demuestra que los resultados están respaldados científicamente y son reproducibles. Después está el capítulo de Resultados y Discusión que menciona información pertinente a los objetivos planteados, permitiendo justificar las conclusiones a partir de una discusión fundamentada acerca de los factores de riesgo que son objeto de este estudio, llevando a cabo un procedimiento para cada uno y corregir según las normas aplicadas. Seguidamente están las Conclusiones y las Recomendaciones donde se encuentran sintetizados los principales hechos encontrados y su aporte al conocimiento. Por último se tiene la lista de referencias consultadas que hacen de este trabajo algo confiable.	es_ES
