dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación fue realizada con el objetivo de evaluar las implicaciones de la modalidad de estudios híbrida distancia-virtual en docentes de la ESPAM MFL, durante la pandemia COVID-19 para garantizar la educación que se brinda en la institución, se obtuvieron datos reales de las afectaciones desde el ámbito físico, emocional, académico-profesional, tecnológico y económico, que han tenido los docentes por el cambio de la modalidad presencial de enseñanza a la nueva modalidad de estudios híbrida distancia-virtual. Cabe señalar, que los resultados principales revelan que la población de estudio presentó en un 78% índices altos de carga laboral, por tal razón el 40% de los docentes encuestados dio a conocer que en consecuencia de esto poseen niveles elevados de estrés. Además, se elaboraron indicadores para poder evaluar con precisión los datos obtenidos referente a las implicaciones de la modalidad sincrónica y asincrónica en docentes de la ESPAM MFL, durante la pandemia COVID- 19, de esta manera se elaboró un plan de fortalecimiento para la actualización del subsistema de formación académica del nivel superior. Es importante mencionar, que a causa de la pandemia COVID-19 la educación sufrió evidentes cambios debido a la nueva modalidad de estudios, por ello en esta investigación a través de los indicadores planteados se pudo medir el índice de los resultados obtenidos por medio de la encuesta para poder tomar acciones respectivas de acuerdo a esos datos.	es_ES
dc.description.sponsorship	This research was carried out with the objective of evaluating the implications of the distance-virtual hybrid study modality in teachers of the ESPAM MFL, during the COVID-19 pandemic to guarantee the education provided in the institution, real data were obtained on the physical, emotional, academic-professional, technological and economic effects that the teachers have had due to the change from the face-to-face teaching modality to the new distance-virtual hybrid study modality. It should be noted that the main results reveal that 78% of the study population presented high levels of workload, and for this reason 40% of the teachers surveyed reported that as a result of this they have high levels of stress. In addition, indicators were developed to accurately evaluate the data obtained regarding the implications of the synchronous and asynchronous modality in teachers of the ESPAM MFL, during the COVID-19 pandemic, in this way a strengthening plan was developed for the updating of the subsystem of academic training at the higher level. It is important to mention that because of the COVID-19 pandemic, education underwent evident changes due to the new study modality; therefore, in this research, through the indicators proposed, it was possible to measure the index of the results obtained through the survey in order to be able to take respective actions according to these data.	es_ES
