dc.description	The main objective of this research was to diagnose the organizational climate for the administrative area of ESPAM MFL in the period 2020. To achieve this, the inductive, deductive and synthetic analytical method was used, helping to provide guidance for the development of the investigation. In addition, the application of techniques that allowed the extraction of timely information such as observation, interview and survey, contributed to compiling updated information, obtaining truthful results and supporting the investigation. It was concluded that the correct development of each one of the objectives of the investigation, allowed to know which were the factors that directly influenced how they are; lack of communication, lack of trust and little participation of public servants, likewise, it was evidenced in the studied area that there were shortcomings that did not allow the normal progress of the servants in the functions and administrative activities of the departments. Therefore, an improvement plan was proposed, directed to the respective authorities of the ESPAM MFL, providing them with strategies to strengthen the variables detected with the intention that they would execute the proposals that were presented in order to achieve a good organizational climate, favoring improvement of the public service provided by the administrative area of the institution.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo primordial diagnosticar el clima organizacional para el área administrativa de la ESPAM MFL en el periodo 2020. Para lograr la consecución del mismo, se utilizó el método inductivo, deductivo y analítico sintético, ayudando a dar orientación para el desarrollo de la investigación. Además, la aplicación de técnicas que permitieron extraer la información oportuna como la observación, la entrevista y encuesta, contribuyeron a recopilar información actualizada, obteniendo resultados veraces y dar sustento a la investigación. Se concluyó que el correcto desarrollo de cada uno de los objetivos de la investigación, permitieron conocer cuáles fueron los factores que influyeron directamente como son; carencia de comunicación, falta de confianza y poca participación de los servidores públicos, así mismo, se evidenció en el área estudiada que existieron falencias que no permitían el normal progreso de los servidores en las funciones y actividades administrativas de los departamentos. Por lo que se propuso un plan de mejora, dirigido a las respectivas autoridades de la ESPAM MFL proporcionándoles estrategias para el fortalecimiento a las variables detectadas con la intención que ejecutaran las propuestas que fueron presentadas para así lograr un buen clima organizacional, favoreciendo a la mejora del servicio público que brinda el área administrativa de la institución.	es_ES
