dc.description	The present research was carried out with the objective of evaluating the quality of the administrative management service of the Angel Pedro Giler Parish GAD of the Tosagua canton during the 2014/2017 period. Starting from the analysis of the theoretical framework, various scientific theories of authors were taken, also They applied various empirical methodologies, as well as theoretical and statistical methodologies, through which the evaluation could be carried out, as well as methods such as deductive, inductive and descriptive, which allowed obtaining the necessary information to meet the stated objectives. To diagnose the quality of the service on the Administrative Management of this institution, an interview with the president of the parish GAD was used as tools, to inquire about the current situation of administrative management, a survey of the research sample to know what its perception on the administration and an analysis of the budget execution of this period. As part of the investigation, the budgetary execution was analyzed through the application of budgetary indicators that allowed to statistically analyze the level of performance of the expenses and income of the GAD of the mentioned period, this information led to comparing the years 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, the results of which revealed that parish GAD has a large percentage of financial dependence, does not generate its own resources and does not have the capacity to pay current expenses, for these reasons this institution makes agreements with provincial and cantonal GAD to meet the needs and requirements of community	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de evaluar la calidad del servicio de la gestión administrativa del GAD parroquial Ángel Pedro Giler del cantón Tosagua durante el periodo 2014 / 2017. Partiendo del análisis del marco teórico se tomaron diversas teorías científicas de autores, también se aplicaron diversas metodologías empíricas, así como metodologías teóricas y estadísticas, por medio de las cuales se pudo realizar la evaluación, así mismo se utilizó métodos como el deductivo, inductivo y descriptivo, los mismos que permitieron obtener la información necesaria para cumplir los objetivos planteados. Para diagnosticar sobre la calidad del servicio sobre la Gestión Administrativa de esta institución se utilizaron como herramientas una entrevista al presidente del GAD parroquial, para indagar sobre la situación actual de la gestión administrativa, una encuesta a la muestra de la investigación para conocer cuál es su percepción sobre la administración y un análisis de la ejecución presupuestaria de este periodo. Como parte de la investigación se analizó la ejecución presupuestaria por medio de la aplicación de indicadores presupuestarios que permitieron analizar de forma estadística el nivel de rendimiento de los gastos e ingresos del GAD del periodo mencionado, dicha información condujo a comparar los años 2014, 2015, 2016 y 2017 cuyos resultados revelaron que GAD parroquial tiene un gran porcentaje de dependencia financiera, no genera recursos propios y no tiene la capacidad de solventar gastos corrientes, por estas razones esta institución realiza convenios con GAD provincial y cantonal para satisfacer las necesidades y requerimientos de la comunidad.	es_ES
