dc.description	The purpose of this research was to evaluate the administrative management of the Rural Social Security Farm Rancho Viejo de Chone, which was carried out through the specific objectives, having first of all in the investigation identify the processes of public server in the administrative management of the Rural Social Security of Rancho Viejo, therefore this objective helped to know the functions of the personnel that works in the dispensary, consecutively in second place, instruments are applied for the evaluation of the quality of the service in the administrative management of the Social Insurance Farmer of Rancho Viejo, which was known by the doctor in charge of the dispensary for the improvement of the same methods of verification of compliance for public servers had been implemented, in addition systems have been made in order to promote the quality of the service. However, it should be noted that the dispensary has problems in terms of lack of medication. Also, a survey was apply to the affiliate, so it is of vital importance to mention that they contributed to help with the investigation and in turn to demonstrate about the administrative management of the dispensary. And finally, it is proposed to carry out an improvement plan with strategies that contribute to the improvement of the administrative management of the Rural Social Security of Rancho Viejo.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El propósito de esta investigación fue evaluar la gestión administrativa del Seguro Social Campesino Rancho Viejo de Chone, la misma que se llevó a cabo a través de los objetivos específicos, teniendo en primer lugar dentro de la indagación identificar los procesos de los servidores públicos en la gestión administrativa del Seguro Social Campesino de Rancho Viejo, por ende este objetivo ayudó a conocer las funciones del personal que labora en el dispensario, consecutivamente en segundo lugar se aplican instrumentos para la evaluación de la calidad del servicio en la gestión administrativa del Seguro Social Campesino de Rancho Viejo, la cual se conoció por parte del doctor encargado del dispensario que para mejoramiento de la misma se habían implementado métodos de verificación de cumplimiento para los servidores públicos, además se han efectuado sistemas con la finalidad de ascender la calidad del servicio. No obstante, cabe recalcar que el dispensario tiene inconvenientes en cuanto a la falta de medicamentos. También, se les realizó a los afiliados una encuesta por lo que es de vital importancia mencionar que contribuyeron a ayudar con la investigación y a su vez a manifestarse sobre la gestión administrativa del dispensario. Y finalmente se propone realizar un plan de mejoras con estrategias que contribuyan al mejoramiento de la gestión administrativa del Seguro Social Campesino de Rancho Viejo.	es_ES
