| dc.description | In order to establish an exchange of information and communication between departments. A TCP / IP communication system was implemented in the Parish GAD of Quiroga - Cantón Bolívar. It consists of a local area network with five points for cable internet connection, and five IP telephones. This network was designed for the different departments and this way selected the appropriate standards for telephony and email service. For the implementation of the TCP / IP communication system, the PPDIOO methodology was used in six stages: Preparation, Planning, Design, Implementation, Operation and Optimization, it was also very important to collect information that determines the strategic location of the equipment to be used, configured and checked for correct operation. A survey was conducted to determine which service was to be added to the System (Mail or IM) other than PBX. Finally, it was verified that the communication system allowed the flow of information in a technological way between the departments of the GAD of Quiroga through calls and mail service, and then document the research. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Con el objetivo de establecer un intercambio de información y comunicación entre los departamentos. Se implementó un sistema de comunicación TCP/IP, en el GAD Parroquial de Quiroga - Cantón Bolívar. El cual consta de una red de área local con cinco puntos para conexión de internet por cable, y cinco teléfonos IP. Esta red se diseñó para los distintos departamentos y de esta manera se seleccionó los estándares adecuados para la telefonía y servicio de correo electrónico. Para la ejecución de la implementación del sistema de comunicación TCP/IP se utilizó la metodología PPDIOO comprendida en seis etapas las cuales son: Preparación, Planeación, Diseño, Implementación, Operación y Optimización, también fue de gran importancia recopilar información que determine la ubicación estratégica de los equipos a utilizar, configuración y comprobación del correcto funcionamiento. Se realizó una encuesta para determinar qué servicio se iba a adicionar al Sistema (Correo o mensajería instantánea) aparte de PBX. Finalmente realizando evaluaciones, se verificó que el sistema de comunicación permitió el flujo de información de manera tecnológica entre los departamentos del GAD de Quiroga mediante llamadas y servicio de correo, para luego documentar la investigación. | es_ES |
