dc.description | The objective of the research was to validate the effectiveness of physionutritional technologies for the comprehensive management of hard yellow corn. The treatments evaluated were T1 (GFMD + BIO): Granulated fertilization with medium dose of N (150 kg ha-1+ Biostimulation, T2 (GFHD + BIO): Granulated fertilization with high dose of N (200 kg ha-1) + Biostimulation , T3 (WSFMD + BIO): Water-soluble fertilization with medium dose of N (150 kg ha-1) + Biostimulation, T4 (WSFHD + BIO): Water-soluble fertilization with high dose of N (200 kg ha-1) + Biostimulation, T5 (IFMD + BIO): Incorporated fertilization with medium dose of N (150 kg ha-1) + Biostimulation, T6 (IFHD + BIO): Incorporated fertilization with high dose of N (200 kg ha-1) + Biostimulation, and T7 (CF): Conventional fertilization with 150 kg of N ha-1. The treatments were evaluated in two commercial hybrids during the dry season of 2022 and the rainy season of 2023. The variables recorded were grain yield (GY) and economic profitability (EP). The fertilization + biostimulation treatments evaluated significantly influenced (p<0.05) the GY in both hybrids evaluated within each season. During the dry season of 2022, the highest GY were achieved by treatments T2, T4 and T6 in both hybrids evaluated. During the 2023 rainy season, the treatments with the highest GY were T4, T5 and T6. By comparing the averages of all fertilization + biostimulation treatments vs. the CF treatment (T7), it was determined that biostimulation can increase GY between 15 to 20%. From the economic point of view, on flat and irrigated land, granular fertilization treatments achieve an EP greater than 65%. On the contrary, on sloping terrain and under dryland conditions, liquid and buried fertilization offer better economic advantages, with EP greater than 53%. | es_ES |
| es_ES |
