| Resumen : | La presente investigación se orienta a difundir el turismo del cantón Bolívar, a través de un instrumento como la guía turística, las cuales son imprescindibles para promocionar los destinos turísticos. Para aquello se analiza su diseño, considerando su atractivo y contenido, así como la importancia de los atributos que influyen sobre la imagen y la elección del destino. La investigación realizada sobre un conjunto de guías de destinos turísticos nacionales e internacionales, permite conocer la utilidad y satisfacción que proporcionan este instrumento de información turística. En el trabajo de campo se han obtenido 150 encuestas personales a visitantes que arriban desde los diferentes puntos de entradas al cantón Bolívar, así como también en zonas de mayor afluencia de turistas. Las conclusiones del estudio indican que las guías satisfacen moderadamente las necesidades de información de los turistas y, condicionan la imagen de los destinos siempre que dichas guías incorporen elementos de atractivo y contenido |
| Descripción : | This research aims to disseminate tourism cantón Bolívar, through an instrument like the guidebook, which are essential to promote tourist destinations. For what its design is analyzed, considering its appeal and content, and the importance of attributes that influence the image and the choice of destination. Research carried out on a set of national guidelines and international destinations, provides information about the utility and satisfaction that this instrument provides tourist information. In field work 150 surveys were obtained personal visitors arriving from different points of entry to the canton Bolivar, as well as in areas of high tourist. The findings indicate that guides moderately satisfied information needs of tourists and, affect the image of the destinations where such guides incorporate attractive elements and content |
