dc.description	This research work entitled DEVELOPING STRATEGIES TO STRENGTHEN THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF FUNCTIONS IN THE HOSPITAL OF SOCIAL Security Institute Chon, collects information on how the service takes effect that gives its members, establishing mechanisms research, interviews and surveys that happiness institution determined that administrative changes should be made to provide a provision involving optimal. The proposal as linking strategies and improvement have been provided through research allow proper performance of tasks and functions performed by employees and officials of the hospital, to provide a service prompt and efficient attention. The social responsibility of the institutions of public health is prevention, care and recovery of its affiliates, the same must be of quality, as enshrined in the current Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador (2008) (SEE ANNEX # 1). The reasons for this topic was based on the low satisfaction are members of the SSC (Seguro Social Campesino) and / or the G88 (General Social Security) who are at the time of going to medical appointments. The strategies aim to ensure that employees and officials provide a better service how right of all Ecuadorians, thus allowing affiliates result in better served and consequently better health in them.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación titulado FORMULACIÓN DE ESTRATEGIAS PARA FORTALECER EL SISTEMA ADMINISTRATIVO Y DE DISTRIBUCIÓN DE FUNCIONES EN EL HOSPITAL DEL IESS - CHONE, recopila la información de cómo se lleva a efecto el" servicio que otorga a sus afiliados, estableciéndose mecanismos de investigación, entrevistas y encuestas donde se determinó que en dicha institución deben hacerse cambios administrativos que conlleven a brindar un prestación óptima. La propuesta como estrategias de vinculación y mejora que se han proporcionado mediante la investigación permiten un buen cumplimiento de tareas y funciones desempeñadas por empleados y funcionarios del hospital, para proporcionar un servicio con prontitud y una atención eficiente. La responsabilidad social que tienen las instituciones de salud pública, es la prevención, cuidado y recuperación de sus afiliados, la misma que debe ser de calidad, tal como lo consagra la actual Constitución de la República del Ecuador (2008) (VER ANEXO II 1). La razón de este tema se fundamentó en la poca satisfacción de los afiliados sean del SSC (Seguro Social Campesino) y/o del SSG (Seguro Social General) que reciben al momento de acudir a sus citas médicas. El objetivo formular estrategias para que los empleados y funcionarios brinden un mejor servicio como derecho de todos los ecuatorianos; lo que permite tener como resultado afiliados mejor atendidos y como consecuencia mejor salud en ellos.	es_ES
