The document has been carried out under the tutorship of the Engineer Angel Alberto Velez Mero. The topic of the thesis is "ANALYSIS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS OF THE SERVICES THAT OFFERS THE MEDICAL DEPARTMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL POLYTECHNIC SUPERIOR SCHOOL DE MANABI MANUEL FELIX LOPEZ" it has been product of a diagnosis with which you could determine that the processes carried out in the department required a bigger control and efficiency, for the effect the authors considered pertinent to establish five chapters. . in the first chapter it is presented to the Medical Department of the Agricultural Polytechnic Superior School of Manabi Manuel Felix Lopez indicating their location and antecedents. The second chapter wide information has more than enough generalities of the administrative process. The methodological design is sketched in the third chapter. The results are shown by means of the surveys applied the students, community, employees and educational of the Agricultural Polytechnic Superior School of Manabi Manuel Felix LOpez in relation to the services that it offers the Medical Department in the fourth chapter. Finally there are the conclusions, recommendations, bibliography and annexes as fundamental part of all work of investigation.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Esta es una tesis de graduación que ha sido elaborada por Guzmán Alonzo Patricia Marcela, y Quiroz Intriago María Monserrate, quienes obtendrán el Título de Ingeniera en Administración de Empresas de acuerdo AL REGLAMENTO PARA LA ELABORACIÓN DE TESIS DE GRADO DE TERCER NIVEL de la Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López ESPAM MFL. El documento ha sido realizado bajo la tutoría del Ing. Ángel Alberto Vélez Mero. El tema de la tesis es "ANÁLISIS DEL PROCESO ADMINISTRATIVO DE LOS SERVICIOS QUE BRINDA EL DEPARTAMENTO MÉDICO DE LA ESCUELA SUPERIOR POLITÉCNICA AGROPECUARIA DE MANABÍ MANUEL FÉLIX LÓPEZ" ha sido producto de un diagnóstico con el cual se pudo determinar que los procesos llevados a cabo en el departamento requerían un mayor control y eficiencia, para el efecto las autoras consideraron pertinente establecer cinco capítulos. . En el primer capítulo se presenta al Departamento Médico de la Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López indicando su ubicación y antecedentes. El segundo capítulo amplia información sobre generalidades de del proceso administrativo. Se bosqueja el diseño metodológico en el tercer capítulo. Se muestran los resultados mediante las encuestas aplicadas a los estudiantes, comunidad, empleados y docentes de la Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López en relación a los servicios que brinda el Departamento Médico en el cuarto capítulo. Finalmente se presentan las conclusiones, recomendaciones, bibliografía y anexos como parte medular de todo trabajo de investigación.	es_ES
