| dc.description | The purpose of this research was to analyze the economic and social impact generated by the budget execution in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the rural parish of Bachillero (GADPR) during the periods 2009-2013. Scientific field research, historical and descriptive methods were used to gather the information helping to fulfill the activities raised in the investigation. It was used as a comparative matrix technique, which helped determine compliance with the budget, which took an average of 52,84% level, also through the implementation of the survey addressed to the inhabitants of Bachillero data were tabulated in the SPSS software and was represented by statistical bar graphs and for sectors that were performed in Microsoft Excel projecting reliable results, where it was established that the socio-economic effect in relation to construction works was in a high degree of satisfaction at 50.9%, the greatest social benefit received during these years was the service of garbage collection that presents an index of social impact at 59%, the community of Bachillero said that this service is permanently in the parish and in communities; to comply with the last objective the results were socialize to members and parish Government officials who expressed that these results will be taken into account for future investments and will serve to make correct decision. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo principal analizar la incidencia económica y social generada por la ejecución presupuestaria en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de Bachillero (GADPR) periodos 2009-2013. Para recabar la información se utilizó el método científico, de campo, histórico y descriptivo ayudando así a cumplir las actividades planteadas en dicha investigación. Se empleó como técnica la matriz comparativa e integradora, las mismas que ayudaron a determinar el cumplimiento de lo presupuestado con lo comprometido durante la ejecución presupuestaria que se dio en un nivel medio del 52,84%, además mediante la aplicación de la encuesta dirigida a los habitantes de Bachillero los datos fueron tabulados en el software SPSS y se representó mediante gráficos estadísticos de barras y por sectores que fueron realizados en Microsoft Excel, proyectando resultados confiables, donde se pudo establecer que el efecto socioeconómico en lo referente a construcción de obras fue en un grado de satisfacción alto del 50,9%, el mayor beneficio social recibido durante estos últimos años fue el servicio de recolección de basura que presenta un índice de incidencia social un 59%, la colectividad bachillérense expresó que este servicio se lo realiza permanentemente en toda la parroquia y en las diferentes comunidades; para dar cumplimiento al último objetivo se procedió a socializar los resultados obtenidos a los miembros y funcionarios del Gobierno Parroquial quienes expresaron que estos resultados serán tomados en cuenta para inversiones futuras y servirán para tomar correctas decisiones | es_ES |
