dc.descriptionThe research proposal was aimed to design a tourist circuit of churches in the cantons of Portoviejo, Montecristi and Manta. To develop the methodological approach using process of traveling, which was organized into phases, stages and methods used in this study, we developed a tourist diagnosis of the cantons involved in the proposal that could be identified cultural attractions, historical and religious based on the highest hierarchy to include them in the track. 12 attractions were selected on a circuit area of 70 km, covering three counties in the south central of the province of Manabí, the segment targeted is family, and is intended to meet the demand for tourists visiting religious shrines, offering a quality service in guided tours. The name selected is Holy Land tours because of the privileged of the Manabitan this area in the field of natural and cultural resources, and aims to promote socio-economic development of the communities involved in tourism, preserving cultural, historical and religious heritage, offering new products to visitors and increasing tourism in the region.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa propuesta de investigación tuvo como finalidad el diseño de un circuito turístico de las iglesias de los cantones Portoviejo, Montecristi y Manta. Para el desarrollo del procedimiento metodológico se utilizó el proceso de elaboración de productos turísticos, el cual se estructuró mediante fases, etapas y métodos aplicados en el estudio, se elaboró un diagnóstico turístico de los cantones involucrados en la propuesta, se pudo identificar los atractivos culturales, históricos y religiosos los cuales fueron seleccionados en función de la mayor jerarquía para incluirlos dentro del circuito turístico. Se seleccionaron 12 atractivos turísticos; el circuito posee una extensión de 70 km, abarcando tres cantones de la zona centro sur de la provincia de Manabí, el segmento al que está dirigido el producto es el familiar, y tiene la finalidad de satisfacer la demanda de los turistas que visitan los santuarios religiosos, ofreciendo un servicio de calidad en los recorridos guiados. Se seleccionó como nombre del circuito turístico Tierra Santa Manabita debido a lo privilegiada que esta zona en el ámbito de recursos naturales y culturales, además se pretende fomentar el desarrollo socio económico de las comunidades involucradas en la actividad turística, preservar el patrimonio cultural, histórico y religioso, ofreciendo nuevos productos a los visitantes incrementando la afluencia turística desarrollando el turismo en la región.es_ES
